It’s important for the Trustee to maintain accurate records and holding your current address means we can:
- Keep you informed about important updates to the Scheme.
- Send you any communications you need about your pension.
- Contact you when your pension benefits are due at your Normal Retirement Age.
Address Tracing Exercise
As part of our commitment to maintaining accurate member records, the Trustee has been carrying out an address tracing exercise with the support of
LexisNexis, a specialist organisation that helps pension schemes locate individuals they may have lost contact with over time.
This process involves LexisNexis comparing the details held in our scheme records with reliable external data sources. By doing so, they aim to identify potential new addresses for members.
What Happens Next?
If LexisNexis has identified an address that differs from the one currently held on your record, they may send you a letter.
This letter will ask you to provide certain details to verify if the address they have located is correct. This verification process is essential to safeguard your personal information and to ensure any updates are made accurately.
Once the verification exercise is complete, we will update our records to reflect the confirmed address.
Keeping Your Details Updated
Keeping your information up to date means you’ll always get important updates about your pension, right when you need them.
