Why the change?  Even if taking your ZPen benefits is years away, there could still be important news for you or things to consider.  By focusing on the website, you will get regular, updates which you can access anytime instead of the annual newsletter or occasional Newsflash.    

And don’t worry, it’s not a reduction in information. In fact, you’ll be getting more.  And if there’s anything we are required to tell you, we’ll still write to you directly.
